The revenue on this tax return isn’t close to what OpenTheBooks shows they received in calendar year 2024. A tax return for the other NGO, Excelerate Illinois, wasn’t found. The address on their website is the same as INCCRRA even though they aren’t located at the same location. See the bottom: https://www.excelerateillinois.com/

It appears INCCRRA started in 2019, then received a lot of funding in 2020 and 2021, followed by a big drop:

Their executives make more money than the secretary of state, the attorney general, and the governor. This is sadly the case for every city and county “CEO” , the school superintendent, etc. Race to the top of salaries…
