Remember the communist organizer from ISU – Andrew Franson? https://blnnews.com/2025/10/16/email-from-an-isu-communist/
He calls himself a communist, I didn’t label him.
I received an email from him saying the picture in this story is wrong: https://blnnews.com/2026/01/30/tiny-anti-ice-crowd/
Andrew claims people had left by the time the picture in the story was taken. He claims 200 people were there. If true, does McLean County have 200 communists or 10 communists and 190 useful idiots?
If people want to side with the local communists, please wear red with a hammer and sickle so everyone knows who wants to destroy everything America stands for. Remember when we fought communism instead of joining it?
The ISU indoctrination camp can be easily seen in Franson. I’m sure he will leave a comment on this story since I live rent free in his head.

Perhaps working two 40-hour-a-week jobs is too much for Krystle Able—or perhaps the omission was intentional.
She claimed the missing section was merely a reformatting error when the Personnel Manual was revised. However, as Assessor Kent Depew pointed out during the January meeting (which is not publicly available unless I post it), omitting this portion violates Illinois law. It is noteworthy that the absent section happens to be the one addressing what Krystle appears to engage in most frequently: Article 2.

Since the Zoom meetings are recorded they would be easy to post. Krystle doesn’t want to be transparent or they wouldn’t be hidden. I FOIA’d the video, she required a passcode to view it.

January 12, 2026 – Mayor Dan Brady declared: https://bloomingtonil.portal.civicclerk.com/event/4099/files/attachment/5031
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Dan Brady, Mayor of Bloomington Illinois, do proclaim January as Tamil Heritage Month, and April 14th as Tamil Day, and do call upon the people of Bloomington to join the Tamil community in recognizing and participating in this observance.
The school didn’t notice massive theft?
Excerpts:
A McLean County man is charged with stealing between $100,000 and $500,000 from a language school in Bloomington over several years.
Charging documents allege Rathnakumar Ramachandran, 51, of Bloomington stole the money between Jan. 2020 and Feb. 2024 from Abdul Kalam Tamil Palli.
Tamil is a Dravidian language of the Tamil Nadu state, India, and of northern and eastern Sri Lanka, according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

I did met the pastor once several years ago who was arrested: https://www.wglt.org/local-news/2026-01-30/lutheran-church-leader-arrested-for-producing-child-pornography
He is of course no longer the head of the LCMS Central Illinois District.
One thing to remember: Satan doesn’t go after people he already owns, he attacks those he doesn’t relentlessly. It is a tragedy this pastor was unable to stand firm against the devil. Pastors aren’t perfect people, just like everyone else.
There is no excuse for his behavior and none will be offered. If you aren’t being attacked constantly, you are already owned. If where you reside for eternity matters, I suggest making some changes.

My family had to deal with another medical emergency last week which is why posts have been few and brief. That may continue for awhile, or maybe it won’t.
Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere. The emergency is mostly over but the follow-up isn’t.

Hope all is well with you and your family!
Jeff
I followed the link to the local Tamil language schools website. The written content of the website makes it seem like they should focus on teaching English, not Tamil, since they don’t appear to grasp full and proper use of the English language.
It makes references to Bloomington public schools. Then it it’s resource section, has inks to documents about Karl Marx and Che Guevara?
What communist trash is this “language” school teaching? Are they getting public funds?
https://www.aktp.org/resources
Ha of course I meant to write “Then in its” and “has links”.
Praying with and for you and your family right now, Diane, for healing and strength and a peace that doesn’t make any sense.
Tamil month and Tamil day?!? How about a day honoring English in America for all wanna-live in America month/day? OMG how this community needs a real patriot as mayor. Hoping Brady was a breath of fresh air, but he’s stinking it up on this one.
Mboka frequently honored the local Indian community. All the proclamations need to end since they are meaningless.
Andrew! Who is paying for your college education? If it was me, I would revoke the funds until you can learn to articulate yourself in an appropriate manner. If I wrote a paragraph in cursive, could you read it? Probably not. You are hilarious and by that I mean your whole stance is laughable.
It’s interesting given that Krystal Able is so outspoken on leftist/anarchist national politics that she would somehow exclude the portion of the employee handbook that talks about restricted political speech as a County Board member. I would say that this would be called smoke. Is there a fire?
Very interesting 2025 coverage of the man accused of embezzelment here: https://www.wglt.org/local-news/2025-01-26/two-bloomington-developers-share-why-they-want-to-build-more-housing-and-its-not-just-to-make-money
“And it’s not just to make money”
“If Bloomington-Normal is ever going to steer itself out of this housing shortage, developers like Rathnakumar Ramachandran and Rajkumar Thirupparkadal are going to be behind the wheel.”
Hmm.
I trying to supress giggles
