Does ISP think FOIA laws don’t apply to them? You decide.
If records can’t be found for a recent local investigation, does that mean the investigation was closed? You decide.
If it is closed, shouldn’t they announce there is no investigation since it was VERY likely initiated for use as a campaign issue?
Read between the lines folks.
The 5 day extension was due on August 7th. ISP is not responding to any emails asking for a FOIA response. This is the only response I have received.
ISP has a horrible FOIA Track record and uses every excuse possible to deny releasing public records.
FOIA and system behind it and governance process seems to be lacking state, county and locally.
