Just read in the paper the city talking about the construction of the tunnel , for once they didn’t talk about all the parking available with the parking gone on the south side of the tracks.
Why do I comment about this because the college avenue parking deck has little or no parking available to business owners and customers visiting downtown Normal. Most of the deck has been rented out to students and some people have been able to put up signs saying the spaces have been reserved not sure how a person is allowed to do that in a public tax payer supported facility but then again you are dealing with the town of normal decision makers.
Oh well the taxpayers evidently must support this considering the way they vote or don’t vote!!’
