I found ONE vote Ward 5 probably approves of. It concerned Sharing Sales tax with Normal:
Note: Hauman wants to be Mayor and Black is on the ballot for Ward 7. This consensus vote was illegal, but when has the law mattered? (The vote wasn’t on the agenda)
I could make this list MUCH longer, but these items say she is a reliable YES vote and doesn’t represent Ward 5.
If you like the direction Bloomington is taking, she’s your gal. Otherwise, vote for Lupe Diaz. He isn’t a Democrat of a Socialist.

OK! Time for the old blood pressure medicine-DON’T get me started on JOHN-EE!! (That IS how SHE pronounces it). She is out for Joni, no ONE ELSE. and she has absolutely NO social skills when it comes to “meeting” a person.
I seriously DOUBT if she reads the packets, much less comprehends them, and when you TRY and talk intelligently to her, that “rabbit in the headlight” kicks in and so does the head shaking.
