This is why EVERY tax increase should be voted against. No tax is ever temporary. No tax is ever reduced.
Government isn’t capable of spending less, they just expect you to.
For every 10 dollars spent eating food at a restaurant you pay $1.00 in tax. Had a liberal demoncrat tell me that eating out is a luxury and you should be taxed. Huh! is that why illinois approved a few years ago that people with link cards can use them in a restaurant.
Continued fleecing by those in charge and with the advent of harris running the country all hard working tax payers are screwed. We now have more lazy people opting to live off free stuff from the government than working. Time to dump the tea into the water!!!
dont think for a minute that when the state decided to end the tax on their part that every other city to small town in illinois wouldnt pass their own little tax. some may even tax more than the one cent. if they lose money from the state they will replace it somehow.
That’s funny. Chumperly and Kathy were given permission to vote No. Do they really think we’re not on to the games they play?
Both of them will split the Koos opposition vote and the king will stay on the throne in Normal.
