Barickman still has a campaign fund even though he quit the Illinois Senate right after being re-elected in 2022.

I call that a con job by both Barickman and WJBC, maybe it’s just me expecting honesty from elected people and the media. (not so much the media)

Why did these guys hand Barickman’s campaign this money AFTER he announced he quit?
Obviously Barickman didn’t spend that money on his own campaign because he was gone a few weeks later. So what did he do with that money?

Facts:
Barickman didn’t use any of his stash to help fellow Republicans this election cycle.
He lied to his voters by winning an election and quitting a month later.
Either the Realtor PAC didn’t know Barickman quit before giving him more money, or they are planning their future with him.

Also called: Deceive to Achieve in my opinion.
Looking at the PAC and industry (medical, legal, big name insurance, real estate, gambling/gaming, banks etc) and names on this list its clear the public/private systems and system/data “partnership” politicians on both sides of the aisle here locally use the same playbook to deceive while they all get fake awards, political clout/positions, elected and take part in many Constitution Amendment protected rights of citizens (1st, 4th and more) and call it things like “safety, security, workforce dev, digital integrations, analysis, training, economic/workforce dev and more). We all know and can name the org names and leaders/families a part of this “innovation” (but won’t). Pritzker family and network owns this area and calling it all bi-partisan/unity projects makes money funnel all sound ok and easy to pass bills/laws and implement anything with no questions asked.
Sure there is much more to this and names involved. Good work exposing this and questioning the narrative and who all gets paid for life and bonus in these partnerships.
