Dullard needs to pay!

By: Diane Benjamin

Patrick Dullard continued to question signatures until the County Clerk’s office closed yesterday. Attorney David Shestokas objected to everything Dullard stated, DULLard didn’t care. His effort was a complete waste of time because his objection can not be amended. He didn’t challenge correctly the first time, he’s finished.

Therefore: He should get a bill for David Shestokas’s time, Brian Day’s time, and Angie Hounker’s time.

Below is an excerpt from the filing by David as attorney for Citizens for a Better Normal. Monday at 3:00, Normal Council Chambers, we will find out if laws matter in Normal. We need a packed room! I predict at least a few fireworks.

Dullard thinks he can ignored the above and continued to waste everyone’s time anyway. I wonder who his attorney that he never made public is? 😁 His latest amended complaint (that isn’t legal) doesn’t look like he wrote it!

David Shestokas is not working for free! Nobody should expect services to be given away, especially since he does not live here!

An anonymous donor has agreed to match donations up to $1000. The person must remain anonymous because of repercussions Normal has inflicted on businesses in the Town to those who don’t bow before them!

      1. How far out in Left field IS “Tom”? If he truly believes that the basement dweller pulled off 81 million votes he is way way out of the game. No one, of sound mind, can look at all of the utter crap that went on in that farce of an election and believe that there were no “shenanigans” being pulled in “select” locations by the completely lawless democrats. I would be ashamed to be that delusional or so completely without morals, but I have found that they do not even possess the ability to feel any shame whatsoever.

      2. What a massive conspiracy

Funny that judges appointed by trump heard half the cases

Funny for all the proof that you keep claiming to have no one has provided it

Funny trump stole classified documents and you support that

      3. Funny, Tom how you crazies can’t get past your hatred for Trump to see right in front of your nose the corruption right here in Normal. Get a life. This blog is about what’s going on in Normal not Trump. The petition was circulated by people of all sides of the political spectrum. Try to defend Koos if you will. Since you can’t, well I guess you can deflect to Trump.

      4. Well that pretty much proves you’re incapable of posting other people’s viewpoints. But you’re capable of printing juvenile post like this. Normal was incorporated in 1867 and has functioned its town government just fine for years. It somehow needs a new type of government because??? Neither you who or those who support this initiative have articulated why a perfectly functioning government needs to change other than you hate the mayor and the city manager. So this entire initiative is your personal vendetta against the mayor of Normal and the city manager. Also you don’t live in Normal so you really have no dog in this fight.

    1. @Tom If I’m not mistaken, in some cases, the people bringing the complaint about the elections DID pay. Not sure you have a point…

Exactly. I’ve said this is well.
“…but I have found that they do not even possess the ability to feel any shame whatsoever.”
I always wonder how they got that way.

    1. Our public schools are literally teaching them to be that way. ISU has occasional PSAs posted in bathrooms. In theory a good thing, in practice not always a bad thing.
Semi-recently there was one promoting ‘Integrity’. I remember their primary point was ‘be true to yourself and your values’, and there was ZERO mention of honesty or anything close to it (unless apparently it was already one of your values). Public schools teach our kids that facts, truth, and honesty don’t matter unless you want them to.

  2. Tom,
Trump has nothing to do with this. I did not vote for him, nor do I like the jerk. This is about the “haves” vs. the “have nots.” I live in west Normal and we “have not” representation in local government. Our roads suck, my basement backs up with raw sewage when it storms, and my tap water is rusty half of the year. Reporting these problems to the town has done nothing. Normal denied my insurance claims, won’t fix the mains to stop other peoples shit from flowing into my basement, and say the water is safe to drink despite the color! This “blog” is filled with Trumpers, but that does not mean they are wrong on this issue. (That was hard to type.) Put your Trump card away, it does not apply here! People like you, who look at everything through “orange man bad” goggles are going to screw things up US who “have not” a single council person. I expect you are like elitist Patrick Dullard who has multiple council people and the Mayor’s personal cell numbers in your contact list. I have none. Patrick Dullard is being a greedy prick! Let us “have nots” finally become one of the “haves.”

You don’t get to tell other people what they can think, comment, believe, or talk about, no matter where they live. What kind of liberal garbage is that? Sounds like communist nonsense to me.

    2. @ LP Miller. This petition does nothing to change Normal’s Town government which is a Trustee/City Manager form of government.
This petition is about equal representation based on our Constitutional principles; of the people, for the people, and by the people.
The United States’ form of government is a Representative Republic and Confederation of States. The best representation occurs closest to the people, such as in districts.
That is why “at-large” representation has been challenged in the courts and ruled as discriminatory.
      Knowledge of Civics is lacking…

    3. Then why are you afraid to put that on the ballot? What are you afraid of? LP, I’m sure you either live on Broadway Place or you’re gullible enough to be a client of Kevin McCarthy or at the very least a member of the Lake Run Club that’s Kevin’s support base.

    4. You’re completely missing the point, unsurprisingly. We don’t hate kingkoos and queenpam. We make fun of them. We HATE being ruled. Remember the Revolutionary War? Perhaps you don’t know our history. “We The People.” NOT, “We The government.” Kooskoos and pammy feeling nothing but contempt for the taxpayers of Normal. They’ve unnecessarily driven up the debt to $100,000,000, so they can have there utopia in Normal.

  4. @ TOM – we’re ALL paying for the 2020 election fraud you nitwit. It’s called inflation! It’s called Ukraine! It’s called mandates, the attack on small businesses, and medical tyranny! It’s called the Hunter Biden laptop. It’s called kissing China’s ass! It’s called treason! It’s called rotten, no good to the core, just about everything that demented old man has his name on.

  5. Just think again if there were districts in normal the $30 million tax dollars that are being used to build a bike path under the railroad tracks may never have been approved just thinking again
